Quality Assurance

Each of our products goes through a thorough quality inspection by our specialised team before being dispatched to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we take full responsibility and will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will not be able to process any requests for replacements after this period.

• To expedite the process, we strongly advise recording an uncut video while opening the package, as this can help verify the damage and ensure a full replacement.
• Refunds will only be processed if we are unable to send the replacement of the damaged product.
